Most places would rather you forgot the losing bit. We don't. So every Monday, we hand back 5% of what you lost the week before, as real cash. No wagering, no hoops. Withdraw it, ignore it, frame it. 

We still win. You just lose a little less.

What will I get?

5% of your net losses from the previous week (Monday to Sunday), paid back as real, withdrawable cash every Monday. Minimum payout is £1, capped at £50 a week (or £75 on bank holiday weeks), when we're feeling unusually cheeky. 

No wagering on it, no opt-in, nothing to claim. If you're down on the week, it just lands. If you're up, congratulations! You get nothing, and you've earned it.

How do I claim?

You don't. Nothing to opt into, tick, or remember. It just lands every Monday.

• Step 1: Be a MrQ member. Sort that first if you're not.   
• Step 2: Lose more than you win across the week (which, this being a casino, is the likely outcome). 
• Step 3: Every Monday, we work out 5% of those losses and drop it into your account as cash. Withdraw it, or don't. It's yours to do with as you please.

How does Money Back Monday work? Every Monday, we add up your net losses from the previous week on eligible games and give 5% of them back as cash. No need to claim it, it just appears.

What counts as a net loss? What you staked minus what you won across the eligible games, Monday to Sunday. If you came out ahead, there's no rebate that week. Winning is its own reward, apparently.

Is there really no wagering? Zilch. Nada. Nichts. And however else you want to say none. It's real cash, not bonus credit. You can withdraw it the second it lands if you like.

How much can I get? From £1 up to £50 a week (or £75 on bank holiday weeks). We cap it, but we don't hide the cap.

What if I won last week? You get nothing. That's how winning works. Well done.

When does it land? Every Monday by 17:00 pm, for the previous Monday-to-Sunday week.

Terms and Conditions

1. To take part, you must be 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom, and have an active, verified MrQ account. Full eligibility is set out in our General T&Cs.
2. This promotion runs weekly, from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (UK time), until further notice.
3. To qualify for cashback in a given week, you must wager at least £20 in total on the selected Live Casino games (the "Eligible Games") during that qualifying period.

5. Only wagers on the Eligible Games count towards this promotion.
6. Only wagers made using real money funds count towards this promotion.
7. Cashback is calculated as 5% of your net losses (total qualifying wagers minus total qualifying winnings) on the Eligible Games during the qualifying period.
8. No cashback is payable if your qualifying winnings equal or exceed your qualifying wagers — i.e. you are not in net loss for the qualifying period.
9. Cashback is capped at £50 per player, per weekly cycle.
10. The minimum cashback paid is £1. Net losses that would produce less than this amount are not credited.
11. All cashback is credited in cash, can be withdrawn, and carries no wagering requirement.
12. Cashback is credited by 17:00 (UK time) on the Monday following each qualifying period. If it has not been credited by 17:00, please allow up to 72 hours from that time.
13. If your account becomes ineligible, as defined in our General T&Cs, before or during the promotion, you'll be automatically excluded from this and any future promotions.
