Your fruit is served! This NetEnt slot has a simple premise and is based on timeless fruit machine slots, but looks a little more classy than some with its gold play board and alluring red jewels. Grand Spinn will make you feel like you’re playing the game in real life with the sort of music you’d expect from a casino and some glitzy features.
Matching the look of the slot is the Jackpot feature - there are 3 different ones here, so it’s difficult to predict just how much you’ll win. We don’t often see a Nudge feature in video slots either, so it’s interesting to see it included here, alongside the more commonplace Multiplier Wilds. If you’re looking for a classic slot with a sleek design, why not give Grand Spinn an, erm, Spinn?
How to play
Although it’s not too out of the ordinary for a slot to have 3 reels, they don’t usually all consist of one symbol apiece. That’s the case here though, and as a result there’s just one payline. The aim is to get 3 of a kind, which is certainly achievable - which symbols you get will determine how much you win. From the Bar symbol to the 7 symbol, they all pay out, but differ in how much you’re awarded. There are Blank symbols too - these don’t do anything - and Wild symbols, which are one of the main features on the play board.
Not only does the Multiplier Wilds symbol pay out as the joint-most valuable symbols, they also substitute for all symbols apart from Up Arrow and Jackpot symbols, and of course multiply your wins too! One Multiplier Wild will multiply your win by x2, 2 will multiply it by x4, and 3 will multiply it by 8! Wouldn’t that be grand?
Pay table symbols (based on a £1 stake)
Jackpot Symbol Pays out jackpot
Wild Symbol Substitutes all other symbols apart from Up Arrow and Jackpot symbols
Blank Symbol Do not pay
Up Arrow Symbol Can appear when a reel stops nudging
The Nudge feature feels like a distant cousin to Free Spins, offering a chance to win multiple times from the same spin. When there’s a winning combo, it’s activated - if the top symbol on the first reel is the same as the winning symbol, the reel will move down, awarding the win again.
This will keep going on until a different symbol gets nudged down, at which point the feature will move onto the second and then finally the third reel. After a reel stops nudging, you might notice an Up Arrow symbol at the top of it - when this happens, the reel will be moved to the bottom of the stack of winning symbols. The win will then be counted up, and the reels will start nudging and paying again.
Alternatively, when there’s no more nudging to be done, you might spot some Jackpot symbols at the top of the reels. Sometimes, when there’s a winning stack, each reel will have a Jackpot symbol - in these cases, the lowest-paying one will be awarded. You can also win when there’s no winning combo, but 3 Jackpot symbols appear in the bet line! The Mini Jackpot is 40x your bet level, while the Midi Jackpot is 200x your bet level. These both pale in comparison to the Mega Jackpot however, as this pays out a huge 10,000x your bet level. All that’s left to say is “good luck”!
