This crime-themed slot will see you going down the backstreets of Los Angeles as detective Tom Flint tries to uncover clues. There’s no shortage of drama here, with the fast-paced tense music and the occasional comment from Flint too. You have 1024 different ways to win, and the aim is to move up the Clue List and get those Free Spins! The theatrics and visuals are impressive from NetEnt here, as the slot feels cinematic throughout, and you’re sure to instantly be immersed into LA’s underworld. Can you help Flint in Cash Noire?
How to play
1024 ways to win is a lot - just get matching symbols across the play board from left to right, starting with the leftmost reel. Cash Noire is a pretty low-variance slot, so you can expect wins to be little and frequent - even the most valuable symbol will pay a maximum of £4 from a £1 spin - but with the Avalanche feature, there can be multiple chances to win on a single spin. Symbols forming part of a winning combination will be removed, new symbols taking their places, while you’ll also notice a Crime Zone on the board too. When you begin, this will cover 3 positions, and every winning symbol inside the Zone will activate an item on the Clue List. As you continue, the Crime Zones can increase in size to 4 or 5 positions, while when the Mystery symbol appears, it’ll transform into a random symbol once there are no more wins - if it lands in the Crime Zone, it’ll clone itself...
Going back to the Clue List, it essentially shows you how close you are to winning Free Spins! Once 13 clues have been activated, 6 Free Spins will be awarded. During Free Spins, a Multiplier will be activated, and the Crime Zone will always cover 5 positions at once. Though the Multiplier will begin at x1, it’ll grow in increments of 1 for every 7 locations. The City Chase meter will show the positions in which you can win Extra Free Spins and increase the Multiplier, so keep an eye on it! When you land on the Extra Free Spins marker, an extra 2 will come your way, while when you land on the Multiplier marker, the Multiplier will increase by 1 up to x10. If you can get to the very last marker, thereby solving the case, you’ll really be in for a treat. The Multiplier will set to x10, while you’ll get a final 3 Extra Free Spins - the map will disappear, proving that there’s nothing left for you to do!
