The pride of MrQ.com

On MrQ.com, we are 100% committed to offering the best player experience with 0% hassle. Following our no wagering, no nonsense, no fees motto, we work in a much quicker and simpler way than other online casino and bingo sites. But how are we able to process withdrawals so efficiently and put our customers' needs first? Well, it’s time to buckle up for our exciting journey to the ins and outs of the withdrawal process.

What payment methods are accepted?

Ok, let’s start with the basics: payment methods. We have the usual suspects plus some more uncommon ones:

  • Visa debit
  • Mastercard debit
  • Paypal
  • Pay by phone (O2, 3, Vodafone and EE). However, withdrawals using this method are not permitted.

As a side note, since 14th April 2020 we no longer allow credit cards of any kind (Visa or Mastercard).

How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

This is the most asked question by our customers, and rightly so. The short answer is: pretty quick—quicker than most in fact. As the roadrunners of the lot, we also have our pesky coyotes that try to slow us down. For example, withdrawals speed can be affected by the day of the week they’re requested or the primary payment method (Paypal, Pay by phone, card), to mention a few culprits.

There are obviously other nuances and intricacies in the background that make this process more complex; withdrawals are complicated little beasts, and that’s why we dedicate a great deal of our resources to making them tamer and faster. After all, these are the subtle details which separate second-rate platforms from top-notch sites.

Having said this, the approximate waiting times are:

  • Visa direct: 4 hours on average.
  • Paypal: Up to 6 hours.
  • Visa and Mastercard debit: These payments don’t qualify for Visa direct, and can take up to 3 to 5 working days.

Please keep in mind these are just rough estimates, and how quickly your withdrawal is processed depends on many external factors beyond our control. However, once the withdrawal has been approved we will send a confirmation email to your inbox.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Following the Gambling Commission’s new guidance, we no longer accept withdrawal cancellations. Their new policy aims to ensure players’ responsible gaming during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sorry for any inconveniences, but rules are rules! A little tip from our team of “better be safe than sorry” experts: a double-check per request keeps the worries away.

What is the smallest amount I can withdraw?

You can withdraw anything above £10 (or as we call it in the UK, a “tenner”) to your primary method of payment. You might not be able to visit Tenner-ife with that amount, but it will get you closer to a well-deserved holiday destination after the long periods of lockdowns.

Where does the money go?

All withdrawals are processed back to the primary method of payment, the one with a green tick next to it. You’re free to choose from a variety of options, such as Paypal, Mastercard and Visa debit or Visa direct. If by any chance it were set to Pay by phone, the funds will be automatically transferred to an alternative method of your choice.

Why has my withdrawal been rejected?

First of all, we are really sorry to hear that your withdrawal hasn’t passed the test. The most common causes are:

  • You have failed to provide enough information to verify your identity
  • You have failed to proof ownership of the payment method

We hope you don’t take it personally: everyone needs to meet the above criteria. Please help us keep you safe by submitting the required documents for a better experience on MrQ.com.

Why haven’t I received my withdrawal?

Sometimes things take a little longer. When that happens, it is always useful to check you’ve done everything to a T. Just like preparing a suitcase for a long trip, having a brief checklist is very handy, plus it’ll keep your mind at peace during the wait; you surely don’t want to travel abroad and find out that your phone charger (or other essentials) are missing:

  • Have you verified your account?

✅ Yes: Congratulations! You can tick it off your list.

❌ No: Well, there you have it. Go grab your ID! Pronto!

  • Have you actually clicked on the withdrawal button? (No joke, it happens more often than you think)

✅ Yes: Phew, that would have been embarrassing! Well done you!

❌ No: We are sorry to inform you but we can’t read minds (yet). Future updates might patch this issue.

  • Have you waited at least a day (Paypal, Visa Direct) or 5 working days (Visa and Mastercard debit)?

✅ Yes: Withdrawals can be… unpredictable. Sometimes they behave like a well-trained pet; others, they run amuck into the depths of the Amazon rainforest until they’re caught again. Our lovely team of expert trackers will answer your queries should you have any.

❌ No: We know waiting sucks, but as the old saying goes, “Good things take time.” Sit down and relax: everything is being taken care of.

I haven’t used my payment method for a while, can I still use it to withdraw cash?

Yes, you can. However, if you haven’t used it in the last six months, you will need to reactivate it by depositing funds again (at least £10). After doing this, feel free to withdraw your money using your now active payment method.
